Mr John Wootton and family wish to thank all relatives, friends and neighbours for their kind expressions of sympathy, letters of condolence, cards and donations to Kirkwood Hospice received in their sad bereavement, also to Dr P P Faulkner, staff at Fieldhead Surgery, the Emergency Services, Ladybird Taxis and Longwood Grange Care Home for their outstanding support, care and kindness and to Canon Martyn Crompton and St John's Church members for a very comforting Service.
